Scheduling your first appointment

The first step toward your brighter, healthier smile is easy -simply book your appointment online or give us a call. We’ll confirm your visit and send a reminder, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

Completing your new patient forms

To make your visit smooth and stress-free, we recommend completing your new patient forms in advance. These forms help us understand your medical history, current medications, and any concerns or goals you may have for your dental care. You can download them (Clicking on this link) or fill them out at the clinic. (Please find New patient Questionnaire PDF attached)

Arriving at the clinic

We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete any final paperwork and settle in. If you have dental records or insurance documents, feel free to bring them along. Our friendly team will make sure you’re taken care of every step of the way.

Your first examination

During your first visit, we’ll take the time to get to know you and your oral health. Our comprehensive exam includes:

• A review of your dental and medical history to tailor our care to your needs.

• Digital X-rays or scans (if needed) to get a clear picture of your oral health.

• A gum health check and evaluation of existing dental work like, fillings or crowns.

• A full set of photos of your teeth
